We travelled to Cambodia & Vietnam in September 2016 (3 weeks). Contacted Indochina Pioneer to setup a custom private trip, identified all our requirements (we are very experienced travelers), some very specific and Mr. Lam Duong from Indochina Pioneer provided us with an excellent extensive itinerary that met all our needs. Lam was very understanding and focused on our requirements and made several recommendations and suggestions that turned out great! Off the back, Lam’s customer service attitude was exceptional!

WOW! The entire team at Indochina Pioneer were fantastic, completely customer focused and adapted very quickly to any dynamic situation like the weather or if we felt we needed a different option on a an item in the itinerary. This agency and its staff are the best for any tour in South-East Asia and we would use them again and absolutely recommend Indochina Pioneer to family and friends!

Our trip started in Cambodia, Phnom Penh & Siam Reap (5 days) and then to Vietnam from Ho Chi Min (south) to Hanoi (north) and a multitude of surrounding cities, towns, villages (18 days). We travelled by local air, luxury coach, vip-cabin train, luxury cruise-boat and private cars throughout our trip and Indochina Pioneer’s setup was flawless, we did not have to think or be concerned with anything, they pampered us from start to finish. All our drivers and tour staff were very experienced, knowledgeable and customer focused.

Our experiences were full and rich, with culture, food, history, people, sights-sounds and all the beauty of Cambodia & Vietnam… AWESOME, AMAZING, FANTASTIC!!!
