From initial contact, trip planning, booking, and over three months of communication, I emailed with Hien back and forth. She was so patient, kind, quick to respond, helpful, and an absolute joy to work with (even with my million emails!) I even got to meet her at Indochina’s office in Hanoi and felt like I was greeting an old friend :)

Once arriving at the first of four total airports for our 12-day trip, every single guide (Sunny in Hanoi and Ninh Binh, Tiger in Hoi An, Ms. Hoa in Saigon, and Sary in Siem Reap), not only met but absolutely exceeded our expectations!
