Lizzie is her English name, she’s from Hanoi, Vietnam. She was born right in the center of Hanoi. Since she was in University, she had her passion of discovering the world, so she did her best to get into Hanoi University studying English.

She jumped right into tourism industry after she left the University few years ago and been through different careers ever-since, from tour guiding to tour operations, then now she’s a travel consultant. Though she’s very young for this industry but she believe that her youth can inspire travelers from around the world to come and see this beautiful Southeast Asia.

Needless to say how much she love to share her beautiful country with fellow travelers from all over the world. Being a proud local travel expert, she handcrafts private holidays for travelers with her love to the job, her care to people, her passion, her dedication and her attention to details because the best award she has in this job is that most of my guest become her friends after their holiday.

Hana tiene 5 años estudiando y trabajando en Distrito Federal, México. Ella es el primer lugar de calificaciones de su Generación y una de top 100 estudiantes de los mejores promedios académicos de la Universidad Tecnológica de México. Tiene la oportunidad de trabajar en Grupo Financiero Inbursa – controlado por el famoso magnate mexicano Carlos Slim, en la embajada de Uruguay en Hanoi y ahora ha encontrado su trabajo ideal “Consejera de Viajes”. Licenciada en gestión y dirección de empresas en la Universidad de Abierto de Vietnam. Se considera una persona activa, dinámica y responsable. Teniendo 5 años de experiencia en el sector turístico por el que tiene una gran pasión. Le encanta viajar para obtener nuevos conocimientos. Graduating from the famous Hanoi Open University, Hien holds a Bachelor of Tourism Management degree. She is a warm woman who discovered her passion for travel early on in life and decided to begin the journey with the hospitality industry right after graduation in 2009 by working with a number of local travel agencies. The strong will to help people make their dream vacations come true, together with her own academic background, make Hien a conscientious and hard-working travel consultant. She gets an immediate understanding of her clients wishes through communication. When she’s not in the office, she likes to try some new food in town, cooking, music, playing with kids and traveling.

Nhung graduated from one of the top universities in Hanoi, namely Hanoi University, with a Bachelor degree in English Studies, which later on gives her a sophisticated view into the foreign cultures and English language. She jumped right into tourism industry after leaving the University and been through different positions, such as tour guide, tour operator, customer services and sales team leader. She also has left her footprints and fond memories in all corners of South East Asia for the past 15 years of her career. Nhung’s rich experiences is a valuable asset to ICP team, together with her positive mind and hard-working characteristics. Outside the office, you will find Nhung as a caring wife and a warm mother of 2 little boys, who usually finds pure funs in books, gardening, travel, and family outdoor activities.

Quyen holds a Bachelor of Tourism degree and graduated from the famous Hanoi Open University. She is a warm woman who discovered her passion for travel early on in life. She decided to begin her journey with the hospitality industry right after graduation in 2012 by working with many travel agents as a travel expert. The strong will to help people make their dream vacations come true,  and her own academic background, make Quyen a conscientious and hard-working travel consultant. She gets an immediate understanding of her clients wishes through communication. Quyen is a wonderful mother of a 3-year-old beautiful boy, besides, she loves cooking and shopping.

Holding a Bachelor Of Arts in Foreign Studies from the reputable Languages and International Studies University, Lam, with an open and service-oriented mind, has never considered himself as an interpreter which was his original plan for life.

His career in tourism industry began in 2001, with his excellent skills in foreign languages, knowledge of different cultures from the university, and his pure passion for travel. After nearly 10 years of collecting industry insights by experiencing many positions, from ordinary tour guide to senior tour manager, in both US & UK large corporations, he decided to start a business with his best friend, Quyen, in 2009.

With the companies inspiring motto “Experience – Learn – Enjoy” Lam began his exciting adventure in planning tours, and through his hard and responsible work he has certainly achieved this.  Lam loves reading, learning about new cultures, travelling, and obviously his wonderful wife and 02 children.
