Lizzie is her English name, she’s from Hanoi, Vietnam. She was born right in the center of Hanoi. Since she was in University, she had her passion of discovering the world, so she did her best to get into Hanoi University studying English.
She jumped right into tourism industry after she left the University few years ago and been through different careers ever-since, from tour guiding to tour operations, then now she’s a travel consultant. Though she’s very young for this industry but she believe that her youth can inspire travelers from around the world to come and see this beautiful Southeast Asia.
Needless to say how much she love to share her beautiful country with fellow travelers from all over the world. Being a proud local travel expert, she handcrafts private holidays for travelers with her love to the job, her care to people, her passion, her dedication and her attention to details because the best award she has in this job is that most of my guest become her friends after their holiday.

My husband, adult children and I have just returned from one of the best trips of our lifetimes. Every detail was carefully outlined by Hang and if we wanted to make last-minute changes to the day, our guides were happy to accommodate. I would highly recommend Indochina Pioneer. Ms. Lizzie was the one who organised everything and it was 100% perfect and totally enjoyable. Nothing to complain about. The pickup & drop to the airport was spot on. The tours from Hanoi to Halong Bay and from Ho Chi Minh City to Mekong Delta were fabulous. Even the two hotels in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City were comfortable and convenient. This trip is something that we will remember for years to come. Would definitely suggest Ms. Lizzie to all our family and friends.

Used agent Lizzie who looked after us very well from start to finish. We wanted boutique hotels with pools as like to steer clear of large multinationals and each one selected was superb. We had done our research prior so knew where we wanted to stay so Indochina Pioneer was flexible. Coming from NZ, we found Halong Bay disappointing – polluted water and too many boats. But loved Luang Prabang, Laos just a 45 min flight from Hanoi. It was the highlight for us. No large tour groups & lovely colonial French architecture. Quieter than Viet’s hot spots. Buddhist culture, elephant conservation, serene waterfalls.
Lizzie kept in touch the whole way & adapted our itinerary as requested. Our guides in Hanoi and Laos were excellent. Use a Vietnam based agent like Indochina Pioneer to plan your land content.
