Its been extremely busy at work since our return and just now getting around to emailing you to thank you once again for arranging the most amazing and fantastic trip for us.

I know you personally put in a lot of work to get everything just right for us and we want you to know that we really did appreciate it. Everything I said on Trip Advisor was true – we have
traveled with many tour companies but have never received such great service as from yourself. We had a little gift for you from Ireland when we met you in Hanoi but unfortunately we had left it at the hotel. I have sent this on to you by post so hopefully it arrives safely. I’ve already given your name to an acquaintance who hopes to do a similar trip next year and have sang your praises to him, so hopefully he will get in touch nearer his dates.
