DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival Day (B)
Upon arrival, you will be met by Insochina Pioneer’s representative & transferred to the hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Tonight we will enjoy the welcome dinner at Angkor Village Teather with the Apsara classical performance. This depicts of the Hindu and Buddhist myths as well as the local life. Stay overnight in Siem Reap.
 
Day 2: In Siem Reap (B, L)
After breakfast at the hotel, we take a guided tour of the last capital of the Khmer empire where giant carvings of gods and demons flank each side of the entrance. We enjoy the elephant ride through Angkor Thom from South gate to Bayon temple. Inside this great city, we explore the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, Elephant Terrace and Terrace of Leper King. Feel the serenity that exudes from the stone face carvings of the Bayon and temple walls covered in emerald-green moss intertwined with roots which many deem the most charming of all, Ta Prohm.

Set off on another exploration to Angkor Wat in the afternoon, an architectural and artistic masterpiece of the mighty Khmer Empire before witnessing dusk at Pre Rup casting the temple in an orange hue by fun cycling about 7km though the temple and village. Return to the hotel in the afternoon. Stay overnight in Siem Reap
 
 
Day 3: In Siem Reap (B, L, D)
Wake up early and enjoy the sun rise with stunning views against the Angkor Wat revealing its timeless beauty, harmony and grandeur (optional).

We then return to the hotel for breakfast before continuing your exploration of Bantaey Srei and Bantaey Kdei, which many consider the former to be the prettiest temple, adorned with intricate pink sandstone carvings.

Moving in tune with the rhythm of the great annual flood of Tonle Sap, take a boat ride to the village of Kompong Phhluk on stilts this afternoon. Explore this great ecosystem by way of canoeing and hear the calls of the macaque monkeys while observing the forest beneath the lake’s surface. In contrast, discover the Chong Kneas where homes and structures shift with the seasons. Nothing is stationary housing everything from police stations to vegetable gardens and even billiard halls on boats or barges! To night after having dinner in a local restaurant we will visit Night Market.

Note for boat excursion:
- August – End of January visit Kompong Phhluk and Chong Kheas floating village
- End of January – End of September only visit Chong Khneas floating village due the water level is low.

Day 4: In Siem Reap (B, L, D)
After breakfast at hotel, we depart and drive through the lovely village and field to explore the hidden temple of Beng Mealea surrounded by dense jungle that could discover the carving and others by the lovely narrow passage way. It is then followed by Prasat Chao Srei Vibol and picnic lunch en route. Return to the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Enjoy a swim or the comforts of the hotel. Stay overnight in Siem Reap

Day 5: In Siem Reap (B, L)
Depart hotel after breakfast, we enjoy exploring the country side by quad bike adventure (ATV) to see the local life and will visit the Wat Adwea pagoda and the Chres Village Orphanage or take a tour to one of the less visited temples such as Prasat Pre Monti. Or simply enjoy the countryside and villages where life, almost untouched by a fast changing Asia, goes on much as it has for centuries. The afternoon will be free or enjoy by your hotel swimming pool.

Day 6: Departure Day (B)
In the morning having breakfast at your hotel then will be free at your leisure till your departure transfer. End of our service

1. The Paint Ball Field (Cost US$10/person for 60 bullets): For the adventurous and outgoing types, our Paint Ball Field is a good way to play it rough and tough. Fully equipped with a wide netted playing field, full paint ball combat gears and air guns as well as a team of staff who can guide you through (as well as to challenge your battle skills!).

2. Cooking class at Ecole Paul Dubrule of "Khmer food lovers" is a cooking class for individuals and groups. Participants learn how to prepare Khmer dishes in addition to choosing products at a local market. These courses are conducted by the chefs who make every effort to ensure that you have a good time, once you have completed your cooking class, you will be comfortably seated on the terrace in our garden to enjoy the food we have prepared together.
