Indochina Pioneer's Comission Policy

Tell someone to book our tours and earn a no-upper-limit referral commission. The more people you refer, and the more they spend, the greater commission you will get. Indochina Pioneer has introduced a more flexible and all encompassing referral payment scheme: USD8 for every USD200 people you refer spend with us. For instance, if customers you refer spend USD2, 000 on their first trip with us, you will earn USD100. The commission can be either paid to the referrer or a combination of the referrer and the new customers.

Participation in the Indochina Pioneer referral program implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

General:

1. The contract is valid immediately upon acceptance of the Terms and Conditions on Indochina Pioneer website.
2. The commission policy is applied for tours running within Vietnam only and not other service as hotels, flights…etc.
3. The contract is administered under the law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam
4. A customer can be referred by only one referrer. A contract will exist only with the first referrer.
    

Payment:

1. The referral fee will be paid via wire transfer within 7 days of completion of the tour. Payment will be confirmed by an email from Indochina Pioneer.
2. The cost of any international flights will be excluded from the commission calculation when calculating the referral fee.
3. This payment is available to all referrers whether or not they have traveled with Indochina Pioneer.
4. Any tax liability is the responsibility of the referrer. Referrers will receive $8 for every $200 the referred customer spends with Indochina Pioneer. An example is shown below.
    

Note:

1. Indochina Pioneer began to calculate commissions using the method above on Dec 28, 2011.
2. There is no upper limit for payments calculated in the method described above.

Termination:

1. This contract is completed when referrer receives final payment from Indochina Pioneer.
2. Both parties agree to terminate the contract after a request from other party.
