Please find below some basic guidelines for booking your dream holidays to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos with Indochina Pioneer travel.
STEP 1: MAKE A RESEARCH
We suggest you to go through our website to explore what we offer for different types of holidays, length of tours, hotels, resorts, boat cruises, additional services and regional destination information to sketch your desired holidays. It would be ideal if you can note down what you would like to see and to do for your holidays in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. Basing on your picks of itineraries, accommodations and other travel services, estimate your budget for this holiday.
STEP 2: SEND AN ENQUIRY
After all of your considerations for your coming holiday to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, here below is your next step:
If you are interested in a particular service/ tour we offer on Indochina Pioneer website, please click on “Book” button and complete the inquiry form. Beside the basic information required to build a trip, there is also a room there for you to let us know of your other requests and interests. The more detailed your inquiry is, the better service we can offer to you. OR

STEP 3: REVIEWING, CUSTOMIZING & CONFIRMING THE BOOKING
For any inquiry we will contact back to you within 24 working hours (normally less) with an initial offer. Please review our offers and work with us to customize/ finalize your desired service or tours. This process may take a few exchanges of emails and phone calls between us, all is for perfecting your dream holiday.
Planning a holiday is always fun with us. We truly understand everyone has different tastes a and interests, therefore we always work closely with our clients to go in every little details which can be timing, itinerary, accommodations, sights of visits, activities to be done, budgets or even little personal things to make you have a comfortable vacation.
After a few amendments a perfect trip is well planned. Indochina Pioneer will ask you permission to block all the ground services for your trip. At this stage, we send you an initial confirmation of service, and a request that you pay us the deposit for the tour.
STEP 4: DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
Once you decide to book a tour or service with Indochina Pioneer, a deposit is required.
For tour booking: A deposit of $150 per person or 30%, whichever is greater. If your trip is less than eight weeks from time of booking, payment in full is required. The full or final payment is required 60 days before departure for your Tour to Vietnam, Laos or Cambodia. You can pay by money transfer or credit card, with bank transfer charges payable by you.
For Hotel booking, Ticketing or Cruise booking: Full payment is requested at the time of confirmation.
Our packages operate on a pre-payment basis. For your security, Indochina Pioneer travel accepts payment methods as below:
I, Wire Transfer:
For a large amount of payment, we recommend bank transfer for the most secured and low fee transaction. Kindly note that Indochina Pioneer price does not cover any transaction fee applied by your bank. Please pay money into our ANZ (Australian & New Zealand Bank, Vietnam Branch) bank account details as following;

Important Notes for those who make the payment through wire transfer:
1. Please include your booking code on the transfer sheet when you are making wire transfer in the bank.
2. After you have made the wire transfer in your bank, please make a copy of the transaction receipt or stub issued by the bank, write down your booking code on the copy and fax us the copy of the transaction receipt (Fax no. +84 43715 3626). Once we have received your payment fax, we will start to secure your booking.
3. It may take up to three working days for your payment to reach our account.
1. Visa or Master Card secure online payment via OnePay:
OnePay is a leading online payments and financial transaction processing company in Vietnam. Marjor cards as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB Card are accepted (3.85 % of the amount will be charged for transaction service fee).
Indochina Pioneer securely connects with OnePay Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment (https://www.onepay.vn). All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored at our system (Merchant).
After you have received Invoice Payment Link, please check the information of the Invoice. If all the information is correct, please check the Terms and Conditions and click, I agree with Terms and Conditions, and click Submit. Then, you will be redirected to OnePAY Payment Gateway to pay us online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB Card with following steps:

Fill in your Card information:
The URL (Uniform Resource Locator) will begin with https://onepay.vn
To make the payment, you will fill in the following card information:

› Billing address (Card holder’s address which has been registered with the Issuer Bank)
› Click “PAY”.
› Online payment password (If you have enrolled 3D- Secure Program for your card with the Issuer Bank namely Verified by Visa for Visa card, MasterCard Secure Code for MasterCard, and J- Secure for JCB Card ).
In case you input correct card information but you did not receive the transaction result from the payment gateway or from us, please do not try to make another payment. Kindly contact us to get the transaction result and confirmation of the order in such circumstance.
Note: When either OnePay or Indochina Pioneer has reason to believe that the payment you made is fraudulent, we reserve the right to hold your bookings and require another method of payment.
2. Visa or Master Card by fax:
Only Visa and Master Cards are excepted with 2,75% of the amount will be charged for transaction service fee. When you receive our payment email, we will attach a "Credit Card Authorization Form" for you to fill in. Please open the attached file and fill out the required form, then fax it to us at 0084437153626, with a copy of your credit card. If you prefer, you can scan the completed documents and email them to us at sales@indochinapioneer.com. Please click to see a sample of this form.

Please note:
- All the authorization letter must be sent with a copy of both sides of your credit card with signature of the card holder for verification.
- For any payment exceed US$1000, please give us the correct name of the Issuer bank of your credit cards.
- For any payment from $2,000.00 USD (two thousand American dollars) and/ or any using of other person’s credit card for the payment, please kindly attach the photocopy of the main pages of the payer’s passport together with both sides of the credit card with a signature of card holder on the card.
III, Western Union
(recommended for deposit payment/ urgent payment and payment for booking retail services such as air tickets, train tickets, cruise ticket, hotel reservations).
Western Union (http://www.westernunion.com) is the most convenient and fastest way to transfer your payments. It’s great that you can transfer money at both a Western Union agent close to your home or pay by your credit card online (Western Union accept Visa, Master cards and other kinds of credit cards issued by banks in your home country) . Please be advised that Indochina Pioneer price doesn’t cover any transaction fee required by Western Union. Please send your payment to Indochina Pioneer travel with information as below:

After the transaction, please send us the following information:
› Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)
› Secret code (if applicable).
› Name of sender (in case you pay by credit card via Western Union, please give us the name on the paying credit card).
IIII, Cash payment:
Cash payment mostly applied for the final payment onsite to Indochina Pioneer via our company tour guide or accountant staff. This is best to avoid any kind of bank fee. However, it is applicable for some particular cases only.
STEP 5: RECEIVE THE TOUR VOUCHER:
After receiving your agreements on the final itinerary and price quoted, Indochina Pioneer will block our ground service for your trip and send you a final confirmation and voucher for your trip, and you can start packing for your excellent holiday ahead!
Booking Amendment
Flexibility is our strongest point. You can amend your booking even after it is made. Just contact your sales person or contact us at sales@indochinapioneer.com with your booking number. Our reservations team is glad to amend your booking with your preferable alternatives. Please kindly note that you will be responsible for any change of the final price caused by your amendment requests.
Cancellation: Cancellations will be charged as follows:
› More than 60 days before arrival: no cancellation charge
› 14-60 days before arrival: 10% of the price
› 5-13 days before arrival: 50% of the price
› Less than 5 days before arrival: 100 % of the price
› No Show: 100% of the price
