Our free cell phone package includes free rental. Pay no rental fee; just call time only for the cell phone and SIM card. At least 20 free minutes plus delivery and return within Vietnam is also included.
Simply return the phone to your guide when you leave Vietnam. A recharge at standard rate is available if the free minutes are used. Note: Our rental phones do not work in Cambodia and Laos. So you must return the phone to your guide before leaving Vietnam.
* Free minutes vary from 30-60 mins depending on the destination of the calls. Our tour guide delivers your IP cell phone (one for each group). Pay no rental, call time only! If you need more than one phone please contact us and we will reply within 24 hour.
| *Tips: You may receive text messages in Vietnamese on your cell phone. These messages are advertisements or possibly weather information or sometimes spam messages. In fact, we cannot block or turn these off. If anyone in Vietnam needs to contact you, the message will be in English. If you are concerned, please ask your guide to read the message. |
Terms & Conditions
The free Vietnam cell phone rental offer applied to a Vietnam or Indochina tour packages with a length of 7 day onward. One Cell phone for each group will be delivered to you when you are in Vietnam. Cell phone coverage is not available in Cambodia and Laos. So you must return the phone to your guide before leaving Vietnam.
Return of Equipment
Any item equipment which is not returned within seven days of due date without extension of the rental agreement will be considered as lost. Therefore it will charged to the customers account.
Damaged and/or lost equipment
All equipment supplied is tested and examined prior to each rental and again upon return of the equipment. Problems with equipment should be reported immediately. Problems found after return of equipment may be considered damage caused by customer during rental period.
The customer is solely responsible for loss and/or damage to/of rental equipment during the rental period. The customer accepts full liability for any loss or repair of rental equipment during the rental period.
