Sheraton Saigon receives HACCP certification
The Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers became the first five star international hotel in the city to be awarded the HACCP certification.
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, most commonly referred to as HACCP, is an internationally recognized process and a preventative approach to food safety that addresses physical, chemical and biological hazards as a means of prevention rather than inspection on the finished product.
The hotel’s general manager Dietmar Kielnhofer said: “We do not compromise on food produce and the stringent cooking processes we have in place are to ensure the highest quality of cuisine is provided throughout all our venues.”
