(N.B): Please note that all of our trips are privately designed. So the price includes the following hotels, activities, transport and visits to attractions by private car and guide unless otherwise stated. Your guide will pick you up from the lobby of your hotel in the morning and also confirm the pick-up time for the next day. If you prefer to start next the day's trip earlier or a little later, please feel free to tell your guide.
Day 1: Vientiane - Arrival
Upon arrival at Wattay Airpot, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
If time permits we take a soft tour of major sights of the capital, including the oldest, Wat Sisaket with thousands of miniature Buddha statues, and the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo which previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image. On the way to the famous and sacred structure of That Luang Stupa, we stop to take some memorable pictures of the imposing Patuxai which is well known as Vientiane’s own Arc de Triomple.
Overnight in Vientiane
Day 2: Vientiane - Buddha Park (B, L)
After breakfast, we start visiting the major sights of the capital; including the oldest Wat Sisaket, the temple with thousands of miniature Buddha statues and the former royal temple of Wat Hor Prakeo previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image.
Take an excursion to the outskirts of Vientiane. Following the road along the bank of Mekong river we arrive at the Buddha park of Xieng Khuan. The park (28km East of Vientiane), contains a combination of hundred status of Hindu divinities and Buddha. We drive through the local villages on the bank of the Mekong River, enjoying beautiful views of vegetable garden, tobacco plantation ... etc. We have many opportunity to take a lot of photo, meeting the locals and see their rural daily life. We also have a nice view of the Mekong Friendship Bridge as the border between Laos and Thailand . Return to Vientiane town and continue to visit Ban Nongbuathong, the hand weaving Village. Take a walk on Mekong Riverside before transfer back to Hotel.
Day 3: Vientiane – Drive to Vang Vieng (B, L)
Heading out of town, we travel by roads to Vang Vieng with a stopover at the archeological sight of Vang Xang dating back from the 11th century. On arrival at Vang Vieng, we cross the Nam Song River, and then enjoy a short trek through the breathtaking mountain landscape to Tam None cave and some hill villages. Today ends with a spectacular view of the sunset over the Nam Song River.
Overnight in Vang Vieng.
Day 4: Vang Vieng – Trekking (B, L)
After breakfast, we start our trek exploring the surrounding area of Vang Vieng, which is famous for the beautiful, breathtaking, limestone formations as well as the mystical caves. Along the way, we visit the legendary cave of Tham Chang, the Ban Namka village, the Tai Deang and the Souay hill tribe people. They are all friendly and welcoming and will enjoy our visit. The remainder of the day is free for your own exploration of the town and a relaxed stroll around the shopping area. Overnight in Vang Vieng
Day 5: Vang Vieng – Drive to Luang Prabang (B, L)
An early morning start to drive to Luang Prabang, which is perhaps the best preserved, traditional city in Southeast Asia. The road conditions are very poor, however the unequalled scenery with a mixture of steep terraced fields and hill tribe villages make for an interesting and unforgettable journey. After check-in to you hotel, we visit the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Mai. We then climb to the top of Phousi Hill for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a beautiful sunset view of the city and the mighty Mekong River. Overight at Luang Prabang.
Day 6: Luang Prabang – Elephant Ride – Kuang Si Waterfall (B)
After breakfast drive out of town 20km to Ban Ann Elephant camp, where you can enjoy elephant trek about one hour. Upon arrival, Your guide brief about those elephant where they come from and their daily living condition. Afternoon, Drive back to town and continue to the beautiful Kuang Sii Fall, where you can swim, relax, soft trek to the top of the fall. On return we make a short stop at Black Hmong Village, where hill tribe hand-make handicraft as souvenirs for visitors pass by. Arrive in the town, transfer to your hotel. Stay overnight in Luang Prabang
Day 7: Luang Prabang – Pak Ou Caves (B)
After breakfast, we enjoy a cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which also gives us a beautiful view of the tranquil countryside as well as an interesting visit to the mysterious of Pak Ou Caves, crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes. Along the way, we stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, where they make the distillation of local rice wine. On return, we take a short drive to Ban Xang Khong, well known for its hand weaving. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
Day 8: Luang Prabang – Departure (B)
After breakfast, free for last minute shopping until time transfer to Wattay Airport for departure.

As the hotel cost will be the major expense of your vacation in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, it is essential that all of the hotels chosen by us are the highest quality for the price paid. All of our prices are based on twin, double or queen shared rooms.
Below is an explanation of the Hotel "star" ratings:
First Class/ 3 Star (from US$ 40 - US$ 60 per room/night )
The First Class/ 3 Star Hotels are good value and normally centrally located. They all have comfortable en-suite rooms, good amenities and public areas to relax in. They are usually family run hotels, so offer great personalized service for your enjoyment and comfort. Most first class properties offer an in-house restaurant, and some may even have a swimming pool!
Superior/ 4 star (from US$ 80 - US$ 110/ per room/night)
The 4* superior Hotels offer a wide range of services. Many superior hotels feature a choice of several in-house restaurants. In addition virtually all of them have a swimming pool. Some may even feature a spa or health club. This grade of hotel offers more for your enjoyment and comfort, while still remaining affordable.
Deluxe/ 5 Star (from US$120 - US$ 180++/ per room/night)
These 5* Deluxe hotels are usually owned by Worldwide, well known Hotel chains. The deluxe hotels feature excellent locations, offer the highest standards of service and facilities, and are known as the best hotels in each region. Facilities such as swimming pools and spas are the norm, and guest rooms are luxurious. These hotels offer first class service and amenities throughout.
This is a PRIVATE TOUR and can be tailor-made to suit your requirements. The prices quoted are in US dollars and are charged on a per person basis. The final price quoted will be based upon the total number of travelers in your private group, the dates chosen, the total days of travel and the grade of hotel rooms chosen, together with any other detailed services.

1. We are aware that a good tour must have good hotels. In Indochina in particular (Vietnam, Cambodia & Laos) hotel prices make up the major expense of your holiday. Therefore, we would like to clarify how we define these charges:
» First Class = 3 star hotels from US$ 40 - US$ 60 per room/night
» Superior = 4 star hotels from US$ 80 - US$ 110 per room/night
» Deluxe = 5 star hotels from US$120 - US$ 180++ per room/night

Hotel: We offer 3 categories of accommodation for you to choose from, according to you budget. Our suggestions for hotels are based on our knowledge of the hotel, accommodation type, and the best value for money. However, if you prefer to choose your own hotels, we will be more than happy to accommodate you. Basically the hotels we choose feature:
- Quiet, spacious, clean rooms.
- Comfortable beds of course, with your choice of single, double or queen beds.
- Exceptional Customer Service and personal attention at all hotels chosen by us.
- Location, location, location!
- Hotels with rooms to suit families, honeymooners, couples, groups or business stay.
- Non-smoking room. Smoking rooms can be arranged upon request.
- High quality breakfast, offering Asian and Western choices.
Breakfasts: Breakfasts are always included unless specified. Breakfasts are usually served buffet style with a good mix of local and international food.
Lunch: There are 5 lunches included on this tour. Meals provided are "local style" in Laos and Cambodian restaurants, allowing you to savor authentic local cuisine. However, if you are not keen on local food, our tour guides will be more than happy to offer you alternatives for a surcharge. Note: Please advise us if you have any special dietary requirements.
Note: Lunches provided are all set menus, with various dishes which are sure to please most. However if you prefer a la carte this can be arranged for a small extra charge. The restaurants will be chosen by us using our knowledge and experience of them, to ensure quality and value, whether a set menu or a la carte.
Please let us know in advance if you require vegetarian or vegan meals so this can be arranged for you. It will also help if you let us know if anyone in your group is allergic to any type of food.
Drinks are at your own expense with all meals.
We use modern air-conditioned cars for 1-2 people and small comfortable vans for 3 -7 people. Modern A/C buses are used for groups of 10 or more. All vehicles used by us are well-maintained and meet national safety regulations. All of our drivers have 5 or more years’ experience, and always ensure a safe and comfortable ride for their passengers.
5. TOUR GUIDES:
All of our Tour Guides are University educated. They were born and raised in Laos and Cambodia, thereby having first-hand expert knowledge of their country. They are friendly, fun, and most of all they are flexible, allowing you to choose the pace of your tours.
They will meet you at the airport with your driver, deliver you to your hotel for check-in, and accompany you on all of your private tours. And, of course, speak your language!
Laos’s weather consists of a dry season (October to late April) and a wet season (May to late September). Within each season there are variations in temperature and humidity, with the dry months leading up to the wet season (March and April) and the early wet season (May and June) usually being the hottest of the year.
Sunblock, swimsuits and a light raincoat is advised all year round.
International Flights: International flights are NOT included in our prices. You should buy return tickets from your home Country to Laos and Cambodia according to your arrival/departure points, and your passport must be valid for 6 months after your arrival.
On Tour Domestic Flights: Domestic flights ARE included in the tour price, if internal flights are on your tour itinerary. We use Laos Airlines most of the time and occasionally JetStar, VietJet Air, Bangkok Airways and Angkor Air.
8. VISA & PASSPORTS:
Laos: There is no need to pre-arrange for your visa to Laos and Cambodia, but please ensure you have USD 20 CASH per person for entry.
For Laos please check their tariff for charges, depending on your own nationality. You will need CASH for visa fees and 01 Passport photo for your Visa at the immigration point.
Travel insurance is mandatory for all of our trips. We require that, at a minimum, you are covered for medical expenses, including emergency repatriation. We strongly recommend that your policy also covers personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage or personal effects. Travel agents and Airlines usually offer travel insurance, or will advise you where to obtain it.
When your trip is confirmed, we will request detailed insurance information from you for our files, which will also allow us to complete the necessary paperwork here in Vietnam.

Once you are satisfied with the itinerary, we will secure the services and you will be required to pay a deposit of 20% of the total cost of your trip. The balance of payment can be paid either by CASH UPON ARRIVAL in Vietnam, or by credit card/ bank transfer/Western Union 45 days before arrival.
